Natcha Cultural Tours Pty Ltd, ABN 18 691 072 812, operates this website under the Ngalambay name. Explore tours here and use the selected operator’s Rezdy booking page to check dates, prices and booking conditions.
Payment and confirmation.
Payment and booking confirmation are handled through the operator’s Rezdy booking page. Keep the confirmation and booking reference. A booking made there does not automatically appear in Ngalambay trips. If a confirmation does not arrive, contact the team with the tour, date and email address used to book.
Changes, cancellations and problems.
For changes, cancellation, weather disruption or refund requests, use the contact in your confirmation and include your booking reference. Sending a request does not itself change or cancel a booking. The conditions disclosed for your booking apply, subject to Australian Consumer Law. These website terms do not replace those conditions or exclude rights and remedies protected by law.
